Q: How many times can I edit the design?
A: Our design process typically consists of 7 steps with clients being able to provide feedback in-between each one. Because we have an open line of communication with our clients, we get to know everyone as well as their properties and the process is focused more on getting it right than sticking to a rigid set of rules. So the answer is as many times you would like.
Q: Will Barnett Outdoors apply for permits for the project?
A: Yes. We create all pertinent construction documentation and engineer plans for pricing, permits and construction to ensure your project is built correctly with safety and code compliance in mind. We wholeheartedly believe that proper planning leads to a successful hassle free experience for our clients.
Q: How much do your projects typically cost?
A: Projects start at $25k, but most of our projects are in the $50k – $175k range with Financing Available. We specialize in full outdoor living spaces and have a detailed crew.
Q: I have a design from a different designer but I’m not completely happy with it, can Barnett Outdoors help?
A: Yes. We regularly review designs from other providers to make sure they align with the needs of the property.
Q: How much does a 3D design cost?
A: Every project starts with a 3D design which starts at $4,500. We want you to see your entire space and love every single part of it before a shovel ever hits the soil.
